Return Policy

In accordance with OUG 34/2014 on consumer protection in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts, the Buyer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, only with the payment of return postage, within 14 working days from receipt of the product, without penalties and without invoking any reason.

If the Buyer cancels the purchase according to the above clause, it is mandatory to return the product exactly in the condition in which it was delivered, that is, in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered and in perfect working order. If these conditions are not met, the Buyer does not have the right to request a refund of the price. The product will be returned to the headquarters of SC ARTEGO SA, at the sole expense of the Buyer. The refund of the price to the Buyer will not be made before receiving the product and confirmation issued by SC ARTEGO SA that it is in the original packaging, unused, accompanied by all the documentation with which it was delivered and in perfect working condition.

According to the ordinance, products that are susceptible to damage or expire quickly are exempt from return;

For orders paid by card, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the transaction, within a maximum of 14 days from accepting the return.
