How to buy

You can purchase products from our store online, by phone, or via email.

Online Order

The product you wish to order can be found using:

• The menu at the top of the page, which contains product categories

• The menu on the right side, which displays all categories and subcategories

• The search bar

Once you click to order, the product will be automatically added to your shopping cart.

After adding all desired products to the cart, continue the purchasing process by clicking the checkout button and completing the order page. In the order page, you will need to fill in the following details:

• Delivery method: Fast courier delivery with package inspection – 25 lei

• Order details: Full name, complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable)

• Payment method: Choose how you will pay for the order (Cash on Delivery, Card Payment, or Bank Transfer)

By using your username and password, you can log in to:

• View your order history or track your current orders

• Modify/delete your profile

• Place future orders without re-entering your contact details

Phone Order

By calling 0040724 360 364, a sales agent will process your order.

Email Order

You can send your order via email to online@artego.ro

• Delivery method: Fast courier delivery with package inspection – 22 lei

• Order details: Full name, complete address (County, City, Street, Number, Staircase, Building, Floor, Apartment, Intercom if applicable)

• Specify desired products: Product name, product code, or product link

There is no minimum order value.
