FLAMESTOP belts are resistant to open flames and protect the entire conveyor system from fire. Fire-resistant belts are suitable for operation in enclosed environments where fire hazards are a concern.
In addition to fire resistance, FLAMESTOP belts have antistatic properties, preventing potential discharges on the belt surface. The operating temperature ranges from -30°C to +70°C.
The carcass is made of polyamide/polyester (EP) or polyester/polyester (EE).

Fire-resistant belts are available in two variants:

• S – Antistatic and fire-resistant belt with a fire-resistant carcass.

• K – Antistatic belt with fire-resistant cover layers. In this case, the carcass itself is not fire-resistant.
   

For maximum efficiency, it is recommended to order these belts with covered edges.
