ARTE-PIPEBELT pipe conveyor belts - 7 mm

The ARTE-PIPEBELT pipe conveyor belt is rolled like standard belts. After loading, special rollers shape the belt into a tube with overlapping edges. The transported material is completely insulated in the tube. Hexagonally positioned rollers keep the belt closed along the route. Near the end of the transport, the belt opens into a standard rolled belt supported by 3 rollers and runs the last part of the straight route to discharge the material. On the return, the belt closes again into a tube shape with overlapping edges.

The ARTE-PIPEBELT belt is available in a wide range of cover qualities: Y for general use, W for very abrasive materials, G for transporting oily materials, temperature resistance for environments with high working temperatures and flame resistance. Other cover qualities can be offered on request.
