ARTE-CHEVRON type conveyor belts are used to transport wet and/or bulk materials (coal and ore, powdery materials – such as sand, coal dust and grains), on steep slopes. Chevron type profiles prevent or reduce the sliding effect and increase the amount of product transported. Bulk materials can be transported at angles of 17 ~ 18 ° and packaged materials at 30 ~ 50 °. The profile and the top plate are cast in one piece for high strength and adhesion, they are recommended for general use; they are also resistant to heat of oils having all the other characteristics of flat belts. This type of belt can be used at temperatures ranging from -30 to +150 °C. The cover is made of the following fabrics: polyamide / polyester (PE), polyester / polyester (EE), polyamide / polyamide (PP).

ARTE-GRIPTOP conveyor belts

The MODEL belt was designed to transport fragile or easily deformed materials such as glass, paper nets, cardboard boxes, etc. and can be used on inclined planes at an angle of up to 30-35 degrees, depending on the materials to be transported in a temperature range of (-30…+70 °C). The slip-resistant surface is ideal for applications on inclined planes. The casing is made of inserts made of: polyamide/polyester (EP), polyester/polyester (EE).
