The rubber mat with stripes is used for covering concrete floors or metal surfaces, in order to protect them from dynamic stress (impact, shocks, cracks, drilling). From an appearance point of view, the product has a striped face and one with a cloth impression, or with a self-adhesive layer, which allows easy bonding to the substrate on which it is applied. The ribbed rubber mat is used for covering concrete floors or metal surfaces to protect against dynamic stresses such as impact, shocks, cracking, and drilling. Typically, the product is made from SBR, SBR/NR, SBR/NBR, SBR/EPDM, or SBR/CR-based compounds and can be used within a temperature range of -30°C to +70°C.
It can also be manufactured from NBR-based compounds, providing good resistance to petroleum products (operating temperature range: -30°C to +110°C) or from EPDM-based compounds, offering excellent resistance to temperature and atmospheric conditions (operating temperature range: -30°C to +150°C).
Additionally, the ribbed mat can be produced with electro-insulating or antistatic properties, as well as flame resistance for protection against ignition hazards, flame exposure, self-ignition due to overloading, or the accumulation of electrical charges.
From an aesthetic perspective, the product features a ribbed surface on one side and a fabric impression on the other, or an adhesive backing that allows easy application to the substrate.
It can be offered in various colors, depending on customer requirements.
